Rooted in Your Well-Being

I spent 15+ years designing employee engagement and culture programs inside companies like LinkedIn, Microsoft, and ADP. I know what it’s like to sit on your side of the budget conversation — and I know that a wellness benefit only works if people actually feel it.

Every session below is built the way I used to build corporate programs: around your team’s real goals, real schedule, and real room — not a generic class dropped into a calendar. Virtual and hybrid sessions are available anywhere; in-person sessions are currently offered throughout the New York and New Jersey area.

I create nurturing wellness experiences that help people slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and one another. From the first conversation to the final follow-up, every offering is designed with care, intention, and your team’s unique needs in mind.

Whether the goal is to ease stress, restore energy, or create a more mindful and connected workplace, we meet your group where they are. Together, I create space for small but powerful moments of balance, presence, and renewal that can ripple into everyday life.

Team Wellness*

A single session feels good in the moment. What actually changes how a team moves through stress is rhythm — a recurring pause your people can count on. This tier is built to grow with your team, from a first session to see if it fits, into a series, and eventually into an ongoing practice.

*Group-size pricing applies above 15 participants. Month-to-month without the minimum is available at the standard Single Corporate rate ($250/session).

Desk Wellness*

Not every team is ready to clear an hour off the calendar, and that’s alright. If your people are mostly heads-down — customer support, finance close, engineering sprints, anyone whose day rarely leaves the chair — these sessions meet them exactly where they are. No mat, no change of clothes, no big commitment.

*Virtual desk and chair sessions work best when each participant has their own desk or chair set up on camera. Group-size pricing applies above 15 participants.

Leadership Wellness*

Leaders set the emotional weather for everyone underneath them — but rarely get permission to process their own. This session is built for the people carrying decision fatigue, high-stakes conversations, and the quiet pressure of always setting the tone. A natural fit ahead of a leadership offsite, a hard quarter, or as part of an ongoing manager-development track.

That depth is why this tier is priced above a standard session — the room stays small and intimate on purpose, the content is built specifically for what leadership carries, and I’m working with the group in the building whose time is hardest to come by.

*Best kept as an intimate room — recommended up to 20 participants

Mental Wellness*

Not every kind of stress needs to move through the body — sometimes it needs stillness instead. These sessions go beyond movement into pure breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness education, especially valuable during periods of change.

The Breath work & Meditation Session is priced as an accessible entry point into this kind of work — a short, low-lift way for a team to try stillness-based practice before going deeper with a full Mindfulness Workshop.

*Group-size pricing applies above 15 participants.

Signature Events*

Some moments deserve to be the headline, not the footnote — open enrollment season, an annual wellness week, a company retreat. These are built to be a real signal to your people that wellbeing isn’t a checkbox, but something the company actually invested in.

A week like this isn’t five copies of the same session — it’s five distinct days, each built with its own theme, intention, and arc.

Embedded Wellness Partnership*

Some teams don’t just want a recurring session — they want wellness woven into the fabric of how the week runs, near-daily, the way an in-house benefit would feel if it were actually used. This is the deepest level of partnership I offer.

*A significant standing commitment for a solo practitioner, which is why the 6-month minimum matters — it lets me plan capacity and give your team consistent, high-quality sessions.
